The queue out the door of Food For Thought on Neal Street every lunchtime speaks for itself. Nourishing, unprocessed, vegetarian food is now more in demand than ever and any eatery that can provide this speedily and at an affordable price will do very well indeed. Their menu changes daily and they also have vegan and gluten-free options available. Asian, Mediterranean, and Middle-Eastern dishes all feature on their menu, along with delicious breads and salads. Upstairs, takeaway options are available at lunchtime with all packaging being either biodegradable or recyclable. Their quiche is particularly good. If you have time to stop, there is seating downstairs and as they stay open until 20.30 it is a good place to pop in for some honest to goodness, no frills, pre-theatre fare.
Their recipe book is available to buy at £9.99.
