Terry McDowell, T.G.I. Friday’s head chef, has spent a year and a half travelling around the world and has tried over 300 burgers to find out what goes into the ‘perfect burger’ for Friday’s new range. His world trip has inspired some interesting creations such as the Texan Wild Boar burger (genuinely made from wild boars from Texas) and the French Canadian chicken burger, which includes maple syrup, brie and crispy bacon. For vegetarians their Kickin’ Veggie Burger, made with adzuki and red kidney beans, is just delicious.
