Little is known about Jenny; there is speculation that she may have peddled her wares in the flower market which had opened three years before her murder. What is known is that she was an unfortunate Victorian girl, born into poverty and prostitution. Legal records show that she was killed by a customer whom, it is claimed, she had tried to rob.
Her ghost takes the hunched form of a bundle of ethereal rags accompanied by the sound of a skirmish which suddenly gives way to a chilling silence. The next noise to be heard is a series of screams which gradually echo into the night.
