Greener and cleaner
Gain recognition for your businesses’ environmental policies. Local businesses and organisations now have the great opportunity to apply for the Environmental Excellence in Camden Organisations (EECO) Award. The Camden Climate Change Alliance wants to award companies, which have improved or developed the environment in the London Borough of Camden. The winners will be rewarded with the EECO Award and be entered into the prize draw to win a hamper of organic and fair-trade food worth £100 or a meal at the Camden eco-restaurant Konstam worth £100.
The Camden Climate Change Alliance welcomes nominations from environmentally aware organisations. They can nominate themselves for one or more of the following categories:
• Greatest improvement in Environmental Performance
• Innovation in Energy Efficiency and Carbon Reduction
• Innovation in Sustainable Transport and Travel
• Innovation in Waste Management and Recycling
• Small Steps Award for innovation in Sustainability Communications and Behaviour Change
• Outstanding Contribution to Environmental Sustainability in Camden
You can also nominate an individual colleague for
• Exceptional contribution by an individual to their organisation’s environmental performance

The awards ceremony will take place on 1 July from 18.00 to 20.30 at the CBI Conference Centre. At the event you can learn about the Camden Climate Alliance’s environmental services and network with a range of businesses.
