The Way Forward for Covent Garden Event
The Way Forward for Covent Garden annual business meeting has achieved a great deal in the nine years it has been running, from the first meeting’s main theme of Arresting Decline to more recent meetings focusing on Celebrating Success. Our unique area of Covent Garden has much to commemorate as well as issues to contend and it is the role of the Way Forward to discuss these and potential solutions.
As the most important date in the Covent Garden business calendar, the Way Forward centres around talks by influential representatives from government, finance, transport and commerce. It is the ideal opportunity for Covent Garden stakeholders to air their concerns, exchange ideas and ensure that they are fully briefed on all important issues affecting themselves and the area as a whole. Guests have the opportunity to network over a glass of wine and sample delicious food from some of Covent Garden’s best restaurants. If further encouragement was ever needed, the Way Forward is held in the spectacular Freemasons' Hall and delegates can explore the spaces inside this great architectural feat.
With a typical guest list of over 300 attendees including the area’s major stakeholders, directors and senior representatives from commerce and industry and such prominent names as MPs Mark Fields and Frank Dobson, Cllr Keith Moffitt, Leader of the London Borough of Camden and Cllr Colin Barrow, Leader of Westminster City Council, the Way Forward is the event for anyone running a business, working or living in the area or with an active interest in this world-famous part of London.
